Shipping & Returns
We are proud to offer Free Global Shipping on all prints from our Open Edition collection. Open Edition prints will ship within 2 weeks of purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your print. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return postage. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. If you would like to make an exchange or a return for store credit, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to obtain the return shipping address.
All of Jonathan & Angela’s Limited Edition prints will ship from the US.
Shipping will happen as efficiently as possible, but please allow 4-6 weeks of processing time before the shipment is made. This is to allow ample time for artist proofs to be produced and approved.
Worldwide shipping is available for all Limited Edition prints. Shipping costs are not included in the print price and will be calculated at checkout. For the Limited Edition Collection, shipping is free to the US. For the rest of the world, Limited Edition shipping is a $150 flat rate.

As all limited edition prints are made-to-order, hand-signed, and numbered, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of our products undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that all prints are of the highest standard. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for assistance.
